Software that ships, scales,
and serves.

A senior engineering studio building mobile, AI/LLM, Web3 and government-grade systems for clients across India and the USA. Production RAG, Solana programs, Flutter apps, Kubernetes on AWS — paired engineering, weekly drops, code review on every PR.

What we build.

Six practices, one studio. Senior engineers ship in your repo, your cloud, your registry — never a black box. Pick a thread; we'll bring the rest of the loom.

01 / 06

Mobile

Flutter, React Native, native iOS & Android. Ship once, run on every device people actually use — accessibility, offline, deep linking, app-store reviews handled.

  • Flutter
  • React Native
  • Swift
  • Kotlin
02 / 06

AI & LLM Systems

Production retrieval-augmented generation, multi-agent orchestration, fine-tuning that survives audit. Evals, guardrails, cost ceilings before launch.

  • RAG
  • LangGraph
  • Vector stores
  • Evals
03 / 06

Web3

Solana programs, Ethereum smart contracts, RWA tokenization rails. Reviewed line-by-line, fuzz-tested, deployed with timelocks and a tested escape hatch.

  • Solana
  • Anchor
  • Solidity
  • Foundry
04 / 06

Government & World-Bank Grade

Audit trails, SOC2-aligned controls, on-prem and air-gapped deployments. Built for procurement, accessibility (WCAG 2.2), and a four-year support tail.

  • Audit logs
  • WCAG 2.2
  • On-prem
  • Aadhaar
05 / 06

Cloud / DevOps

Infrastructure you can wake up to. 99.9% uptime SLO, blue/green, single-pager runbooks. AWS, GCP, Kubernetes — Terraform plans you can read.

  • AWS
  • GCP
  • k8s
  • Terraform
06 / 06

UI / UX & Product Design

Design systems, not screen factories. Tokens, components, motion grammar, accessibility — shipped in Figma, Storybook, and your production codebase together.

  • Figma
  • Tokens Studio
  • Storybook
  • Motion
03 / Process

Five steps. Weekly drops.

Scroll right. No mystery — discovery in week one, architecture and contracts in week two, then a working slice every Friday. You always know what's shipping, and what isn't.

STEP 01 / DISCOVER

Find the one outcome the build is paid to move.

Stakeholder interviews, jobs-to-be-done, risk inventory. We leave week one with a written spec — every user story, every API contract, every metric — that you could hand to any senior engineer.

STEP 02 / ARCHITECT

System diagram, data contracts, latency budgets, threat model.

A second senior engineer reviews every decision before code lands. We name the failure modes up front: which queries hit hot paths, where the blast radius is, what gets retried, what gets paged.

STEP 03 / BUILD

Weekly drops. Paired engineering. Code review on every PR.

Trunk-based, feature-flagged from day one. Tests live alongside the feature they cover. If the sprint runs over because of us, that's on us — never a surprise invoice on a Friday afternoon.

STEP 04 / SHIP

Phased rollout. Blue/green. Rollback rehearsed, not improvised.

p95 dashboards live before go-live. Canaries first, ramp gates next, full traffic last — and a single command that takes us back to the previous build in under sixty seconds if anything misbehaves.

STEP 05 / SCALE

On-call, SLO ownership, monthly cost & latency review.

We hand over a system you can run — or we keep running it for you. The default contract includes a four-year support tail, single-pager runbooks, and a monthly cost-and-latency review meeting you can record and circulate.

04 / About

A small studio that picks up the phone.

Kartav Consulting Technologies was founded in Jodhpur in 2021. We're a senior team — no juniors hidden behind a sales deck — shipping software for governments, banks, AI-native startups, and Web3 protocols across India and the United States. Same calendar, same standards, both coasts.

We measure ourselves on three numbers: how fast the first useful thing ships, how often it stays up, and how many calls the client makes after the contract ends. Lower the first two; the third one tells us if we did the job.

05 / Principles

What we believe when nobody's looking.

Five lines we keep above our desks. They've never been re-typeset for a slide deck; they decide what we say yes and no to, every week, every contract.

  1. Spec is the first feature.

If you can't write the contract in a paragraph, the build hasn't started — it's just been booked. Week one belongs to the spec, not the keyboard.

  2. Weekly drops beat heroic launches.

Five small wins compound and survive review. One big-bang launch wins headlines and loses the budget — usually two weeks before go-live, when the team is most tired.

  3. Code review is non-negotiable, even at 3 a.m.

Pair the senior, push the junior, never the reverse. The rule is the same on a Wednesday and on the last day of the quarter. Especially on the last day of the quarter.

  4. On-prem is not a downgrade.

Some workloads belong inside the customer's firewall — banks, ministries, regulated health, defence-adjacent. We don't pretend otherwise to push a managed-cloud line item.

  5. Your repo is the only repo.

We work in your tree, your cloud, your registry. No black-box deliverables, no handover surprises, no licence games. The first commit is yours; the last commit is yours.

06 / FAQ

Straight answers.

The four questions every serious buyer asks us before signing. If yours isn't here, it's a one-line reply away — info@kartav.com.

How fast can you ship an MVP?
Six weeks for a focused scope. We lock the spec in week one — every user story, every API contract, every metric — and ship a working slice every Friday after that. If the scope grows mid-flight we re-cut, we don't slip silently.
Do you work with governments?
Yes. We've delivered World-Bank-grade builds with audit trails, SOC2-aligned controls, on-prem and air-gapped deployments, and WCAG 2.2 accessibility. Procurement, citizenship-data residency, and four-year support tails are part of the default contract — not an upcharge.
How do you price engagements?
Two modes. Fixed-scope sprints for MVPs and well-defined features — you pay per outcome, not per hour. Dedicated-team retainers for ongoing builds, billed monthly with a transparent allocation. No time-and-materials games; if a sprint runs over because of us, that's on us.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do — from the very first commit. We work in your repo, your cloud, your registry. IP assignment is signed before kickoff. The only shared code is open-source libraries we already publish, and we name them up front.
